What we use
This service uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and no advertising cookies at all.
- ricevia_session — keeps a signed-in business user logged in. Essential. Expires after 30 days.
- ricevia_locale — remembers the chosen interface language. Essential for a consistent experience. Expires after 1 year.
- ricevia_theme (browser storage) — remembers light or dark mode. Stored in the browser, never sent to the server.
The chat widget
On a business website, the widget stores a random visitor identifier in that browser so a returning visitor keeps their conversation. It contains no personal data and is never used for tracking or advertising. Clearing browser storage removes it.
Consent
Because these are strictly necessary for a service the user has requested, they do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, a consent banner will be added before the change takes effect.
