The service
Ricevia is provided by BertoProduction, Alicante, Spain, NIF Y-4514/312-R. It is an AI assistant that answers enquiries on behalf of your business, qualifies them, and books appointments. The assistant answers using the information you provide; you remain responsible for the accuracy of that information.
Your responsibilities
By using the service you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, prices and availability.
- Publish a privacy policy and link it in your settings.
- Use the follow-up features only to reply to people who contacted you first.
- Not use the service for unsolicited marketing, for automated messaging on channels that forbid it, or for anything unlawful.
- Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect they are compromised.
What the AI does and does not do
The assistant is configured to answer only from the information you supply and to say it does not know rather than guess. It is a tool, not an employee: it can make mistakes, and it does not replace professional advice in regulated sectors. You should review conversations regularly, and you remain responsible for what is said on your behalf.
Subscription and payment
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. A trial period, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the service continues to the end of the period already paid for. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
Fair use and limits
Each plan includes stated limits on conversations, AI messages, documents and team members. When a limit is reached the assistant stops replying until the next period or until the plan is upgraded. We may contact you before applying any restriction.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, including AI model providers and messaging platforms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or for which payment has failed after reasonable attempts to collect. On termination your data stays available for export for 30 days, then it is deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, with the courts of Alicante, Spain having jurisdiction.
